A Diet Detox for the Mind

Cleansing and detoxing your body is so good for you and that’s why many do it often— you know how important good health is and how amazing it makes you feel. But what about cleansing and detoxing your mind? What about all the toxic thoughts, conditioning, and programming that have built up over the years?

I love my green juices and all things healthy. I detox and cleanse my body frequently. But what I have found through working with and observing myself and others is this: There’s no real benefit in drinking green juices to fuel your body and then filling your mind up with negativity, jealousy, judgement, anger, or rage. There’s no real benefit in filling yourself up with kale chips and all healthy greens and then self-destructing with negative thinking, alcohol, or drugs. There’s no real benefit in going to the gym every day to be strong and then letting others abuse you and walk all over you.
